THE CIDER HOUSE

A new restaurant and Cider House (the first of its kind in Vancouver) approached me to design a label for their house cider. It needed to be eye catching, playful and instill a sense of pride in the local Kitsilano customers. I chose to do landscape incorporating some famous landmarks that are recognizable from the popular beach just down the street. The customers could take a can of cider to the beach and pick out elements from the design right in front of them. The name is a common nickname locals use when referring to Vancouver. It has certain ring to it! I also did several other smaller projects for The Cider House to them prepare for the grand opening. I helped with social distancing signage and preparing their current logo for use on awnings and glassware.
